    Excellent. Downloaded and updated firmware.

Is there an example of how we use the file format for the Dynamic Nominal Values for seasonal nominal values. I'm keen to replicate the Temperature Values of somewhere like Fiji or Great Barrier Reef

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Any update to this?

I've tried looking within the manuals and there is nothing within there that I can see that shows how to use a file and what format it needs to be in.

    Thanks

    Hello,

we will update the manual and write a howto as soon as possible.
The file should be a csv with a headline and three values seperated by ";" "," or tabulator.
The first value is date, second is time and the third is the value.

Here is a example file: testData.zip

Make sure you don.t have blank lines at the end of the file.

Hi ... I seem to be having issues getting my csv file to be imported. I have to use the sample one provided, but that fails to import also.

Here's what I'm trying to import. There is no blank line at the end of the file.

    date;hour;control °C
    04.06.2015;00:00:00;28
    05.06.2015;00:00:00;28
    06.06.2015;00:00:00;28
    07.06.2015;00:00:00;28

    Any tips?

Artur is not in the office until Monday, I am not sure if I can help since he wrote that part of software in GCC

but I have an idea, maybe it is a localisation problem (date/time format, decimal point)

    4 options to solve this:

    1. try the file in US format: 06/04/2015; 00:00:00pm;28.5

    2. change the PC temporarily to "German" (PC system->time, language & region")

    3. enter the values manually for the next few days

    4. wait until Monday

    Thanks for the hints.

I'll give Options 1-3 a go and failing those ... Option 4 is the winner.

Ok, I've managed to work around it for now.

What I've done is taken the average temperature for a month and programmed that temperature at the start of the month and the start of the next month another temperature value. The Profilux is clever enough to know that it needs to slowly adjust the temperature between the two dates to get to the other value ... excellent piece of programming work.

One issue I have found is trying to perform a backup via this control centre software fails ... I'm going to attempt to back up using a later version and hope that backs up. My worry is if I perform a firmware update, I wont have a valid backup to load after the firmware has updated. Will I lose my values if I perform a firmware update without a backup. So moving from 6.17 to 6.18.
