Updating to Doser 2 to New Firmware Error

Hello,

I have been unable to update my Doser 2 SA to the new firmware v1.0x.

I have followed all the steps from an early pdf and have updated the driver etc and have the COM port identified with USBVCOM (COM4). The error message in step 4/5 keeps recurring.

I'll be grateful for any assistance. Many thanks in advance.

It looks like you use Parallels for running Windows?
The update will not work because there is a problem with the driver.
Check the Windows device manger and if you see a yellow exclamation mark on USBVCOM the driver is not installed properly.
At the moment it is only possible to update the firmware via a Windows computer or with bootstrap installed Windows on a Mac.
