My expansion card wont work :/

I just bought a Expansion card that named PL-0871 wich is 1 bnc input for ph or redox and one input for level.

The redox probe shows the right values, but when i try to setup ATO with one sensor i dont seems that the card or computer detects the sensor.
How can i control if the sensor i recognised by the computer at all ?

i just detected that if i connect an optical sensor into the expansioncard the computer sees it, but if i connect mechanical floatsensor it wont work ?

Maybe your mechanical sensor is broken.
The optical sensor uses 3 wires and the mechanical only 2, so very unlikely that the card is broken as you have tested it works with the optical sensor!

Ok, but i just bought 2 new mechanical sensor, and that would be odd if 2 are broken ?

So they are GHL sensors and wired correctly?
