    In your picture you can see the extras tab which you have open at the moment on the top of the window.
    You can also see an option to do a hardware upgrade to the extended version.
    IF you are sure that the extended board is installed then select this and carry out the upgrade by following the instructions.

    Before that I upgrade to 6.13, the conductivity and Redox worked perfectly.

    Antipodes is right, you should carry out the hardware upgrade - after that Redox and Conductivity should be available again.
