Cannot see Redox and conductivity probe after upgrade to 6.13 on Profilux 3

Before upgrading, all is OK. but after upgrading, the Profilux recognize just the temp probe and the PH probe.

Anyone can help me for solved this problem?

From the serial number it must be a ProfiLux 3, so no extended version.

Have you done an extended upgrade in the past?
If yes, then this has also to be done in the PC software in order that the ProfiLux is correctly recognized.
You can find it under Extras/ Hardware-Upgrade extended.
