temp reading is not correct.

About a month ago I got my Profilux Plus II profiset.
In the manual it said that the temp sensor doesn't have to be calibrated, but last night I found out when I measured the EC with my calibrated Hanna Instruments tool that the temperature in the tank is actually 1 full degree (C)lower than the reading on the Profilux computer. I measured in the same spot where the Profilux temp. sensor is fully submersed in the tank.
To be sure I have tried 2 different thermometers, with the same result.

Is there something wrong with the temperature probe, or do I have to calibrate it anyway?

if you trust more the other thermometers you can adjust the ProfiLux temperature reading
there is a button in the temperature section of ProfiLuxControl
