The unit isn't wet and didn't became wet. It is in a dry cabinet. I can't access it anymore so factory reset not possible. How to contact the sales represantative?

I connected mine new profilux-3 with the powerbar6d-pab. Power is on, and is see communication. Problem is that the s1-s6 power sockets doesn't work. I can program them but no activity\power on it....
