Small correction. in 3 I said to set the PLC address to 192.168.001.070. Please also use the same address in point 5. = 192.168.1.70

I can see that you are strugeling some basics here.
I found some points to check.
Which SSID was used in the PLC? "LTRX_IBSS" is ex works but you need to set your SSID first to make connection....
