my P3 use ip static 192.168.1.145, when setting this PLM-WLAN the Ip address should use 192.168.0.70 or same as P3
and the hostname also use 192.168.0.70

I ever used this, by driver ELN-60 24V 2.5A with 0-10V interface this is very possible to dim via GHL.
But you must be ready for large heat sink and gap filler for thermal conductor.
