A L-port is a yellow port and it have two 0-10 channels.
To connect 2 pumps to the same port L you need PL-0087 + PL-0088 + PL-0096 and yes you will be able to run 2 pumps completely...

If you want to use two L-port, yes, if you want to use only one L-port for your two pumps you need also PL-0096.
