I'm having the exact same issue, what was the problem with yours? how did you solve it?

So I found the issue was due the Doser was running an old firmware version, which is weird why would that cause an issue with the KH director as they are not related.

Anyway, problem solved now.

I’m not sure if it’s a configuration issue on my side but I get single-digit KH readings only (8.1, 8.2, 8.3, ...).

Neptune Trident and Alkatronic have two-digit readings (8.25, 8.29, 8.43, ...)...

I just found the issue it was indeed time zone related, I had it set as UTC -10 while Sydney is actually +10, I just changed it and problem solved :)

Anyone experiencing the same issue or is it just me? I’m thinking this is a time zone related issue (I’m in Australia) but I need some help on how to fix it.
