LX6 does not support myGHL. This is mentioned in the video's description box.

The LX6 does not have access to the internet, hence it does not communicate with the myGHL servers.

Make sure your P3, Doser 2, P4, or LX7 device is on the newest firmware and that you are also running the newest version of GHL Control Center, v1099.

You will see it then.

Go to the SYSTEM or COMMUNICATIONS settings page in GHL Control Center (GCC) and copy the myGHL ID number that is displayed in that page.

What is the message you are getting?

Are you copying and pasting the correct numbers? The myGHL ID is located in GCC. Look at the system settings page.
