I've connected flow sensor 2000l/h to level 3 but this port is not accessible from control center.

I've profilux 3ex, firmware 6.12.
Is it a bug or I have to do something with configuration?

Look at my config, mayby help.
Awc is activated by timer but wait until reservoir is full and cond. probe detect salt water.

Replace batery, helped in my case

Check com settings
System-communication-Com1: Baud=9600
