Let me walk through what i have done.

1. Connect the controller to the PAB port at the back of the COMP with 3m PAB cable.
2. Went into System>Configure PAB>Assign Devices....... Serial number...

Done all the above then when i go to update controller interface i get.... "Error! Couldn't start update"
