Thanks Carolin! I was able to update my serial numbers and then change the model of my lamp.

The lesson here is that if you want to change the model then you need to make sure your serial number...

This is still an issue. What should I see in the serial boxes? How do I get them updated?

All the serial boxes are empty. Oh and I'm using v1_032.

I just upgraded my clusters to the 6200. I updated firmware after install, but it still shows up as a 6100 after I change type, reboot and reconnect. Does this mean I'm still running as a 6100?

I've looked all over for the 6200HV clusters but have had no luck finding them, anywhere. Does anyone know if these are even available?

I'm curious to see how others are running their 6100HV setups.
