Thank you to all that helped in resolving this issue.
The fault is in the power bar itself.
After doing some test that Michael sent I finally resolved and ordered a new power bar
A BIG THANK YOU...

This has nothing to do with the probes
All that I do is unplug power bar from wall and redox is the only measurement that changes
There isn't anything plugged into the power bar outlets

yes there is a 3 pin outlet and cord .
Powerbar isn't even close to unit only the connector wire
Have tried several outlets redox changes by 60 to 80 mv
