Is it normal to lose all previous setting once downloading this new 114 firmware ?
Everything went to factory default settings once I downloaded new firmware :(

The display screens on all three of my units are dark.
No back lights at all.
The up,down,left,right,tick and x buttons are lit.
I can still see the writing in the displays but no back light

very sorry for late reply as I have been extremely busy lately and unable to do anything to my tank.
once the lights went out at night, I did turn the power off for a few seconds...

All lights are off at the moment and the X button is as normal

On one of my lights, the X button/light is flickering on and off consistently. It is set as a slave. Other master and slave are fine.

I have noticed that when I press save changes in settings box, it does say "not responding" at the very top.

Thanks for your support, it was easier to just borrow a friends laptop to update firmware and then just use mine to connect to GCC.
