They are in the ghl probe cell container. This is where they have always been. Never had any issues before.
Hello,
I am having some problems with my redox and salinity sensors. I am using p3 and have the sensors attached to the expansion box. My redox values began to drop drastically until it went into...
Correct, however since my daylight savings date is earlier now in march than most European ones, I just simply switched the Timezone to one that is one hour ahead. This allowed me to keep correct...
Not sure how you think that changing my time zone from -5 to -4 is generating the problem??.........please explain.

Hi,
Just curious if anyone else noticed that the daylight savings time change within the software appears to be changing on the "old" dates? I have my time synced using a time server over network...
I know we have had our differences Michael but good luck with the new tank build......I will be following this one for sure! What do you plan on having in there?

That is mind blowing that this was overlooked by ghl when they claim to prize themselves on creating a controller that can be used worldwide....get the fixes that we need ghl!!!! And if you cannot...

Do you not find this a little pathetic for such an advanced controller..... The only clock device that did not auto adjust was an old grandfather clock we have.....even my alarm clocks will auto...
I just want to confirm......so, as I understand the profilux cannot actually auto adjust the time for daylight savings? It requires the software setup using a timeserver or a manual adjust?

No other devices seem to be affected and now the SMS module will actually still function proper but the red gsm light blinks fast and the pab lights seems to operate in a rhythmic fashion rather than...
Here is a question that has been bothering me for quite awhile.....
Why does ghl produce 50ms calibration solution and not 53ms? Are some people keeping reef tanks at 50ms? I do not know of any...
You are definitely doing all you can to reduce the risk of failures.....good for you for understanding the failure can and will occur....a lot of people want the buy it and forget or the double click...
Please provide more info on your SMS module....is it pab? What firmware version is it at now?

Is it possible for you to reinstall the latest firmware again onto the SMS module and reset pab, reassign devices, etc if it is a pab SMS module.....I would suggest you have a backup of all your p3...
I could never trust the profilux enough to allow this kind of actions on my tank.....
I have found the probe to be unreliable.....if it needs this much attention then it ill never control anything...
Strange.....it is like as though it times out or something and stops responding.....

How often does this occur for you doggydoc?

I will! Sorry I was tardy.... :)

I am posting this because I want to share my experience with ghl and customers.....
Tonight, I noticed the red gsm light was flashing fast again indicating no signal....also the yellow light for pab...
Did you get this resolved?

I have solved my issue without having to recalibrate the probe.......I did this a week ago and decided to post my doings and results :)
I took the probe out and rinsed it well in rodi water and when...
Ok thank you! I am glad to see others have had this issue.....I will put the solution in the sump now for later tomorrow! :)
