Just as the title says I get a communication error (I think 41) when I click on the Profilux Touch in the PLC.
What am I doing wrong?

Did you change anything on your hardware (changed order at PAB, change a PAB device, new hardware in a PAB device...)?
After a hardware change, you should reassign the PAB devices.
