Recommend some flow setting for my reef tank. Its a Cube that is 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm. It is SPS dominated and I have a Tunze 6095 and a Tunze stream 3. What flow setting and power (%) would you use, and where would you place the pumps.

Unfortunately, there are far too many variables to consider which prevent us from giving you a specific percentage flow setting. The proper flow setting will ultimately depend on the layout of your rock and coral. One must also consider how much rock and coral is in the aquarium. Not to mention each coral type will have different flow preferences.
The best starting point would be to use the Permanent opposite mode and Sinus wave mode. This will allow for the pumps to alternate between the minimum and maximum flow output you set. As one pump runs at the max, the other pump runs at the min. The pumps will alternate in this pattern.
