One of the Mitras LX7004 turned off with others are still lit

Hi,
I have 4x Mitras LX7004 lights - set to "slave" mode and connected via PLM card to Profilux 4.
Today, one of the lights turned off the LEDs (but kept ventilators running) in the middle of the day while other lights are still on. When I touch it it doesn't seem to be overheated.

1) how is this possible?

2) is there any way I can see what is happening to an individual Mitras light in GHL Connect app or the GHL Control Center? I only can see the entire Illumination Multichannel setup, but not individual light fixtures (ie. Mitras #1, #2, #, #4).

3) if this happens (as it has today), what can I do to turn it back on and bring it back to sync with other lights?
