Profilux 4 - Blank Screen

Hello

I took my profilux 4 unit out today to replace the conductivity probe. After powering back up, the screen on the front of the unit is alight but blank.

Other lights and the logo are also working and I'm able to connect via gcc and mobile app

I've tried restarting and a wifi firmware update with no joy.

Please help! Because of the reset, I need to calibrate three probes but cannot access the menu which seems to be the only way to do this (cannot do via gcc or app)

Perhaps the cable from the display has come loose. Check this first.

If the problem continues, please open a support ticket.

It's since worsened and the only lights are two or the three on the front ghl logo and the light of the LED screen (though no text)

The settings also seem to reset when the power is cycled.

I've raised a support ticket
