Tunze wavebox 6208 control

Hi, All,

I currently have a profilux 4e and I'm controlling 3 tunze 6095s. I recently purchased a tunze wavebox 6208. I have it connected to the l1 channel via yl2 cable with a tunze 1 cable connected to the tunze controller. When I put the tunze wavebox into external control but no matter what voltage (0-4 volts) I can't seem to get the pump to turn. I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this problem?

If I get this wavebox working, I'm wondering what function I would run this in? It seems like stream channels may not be the correct setting as I don't see a wave action that is less then 1 second long.
