Profilux PlusII - programming min/max level switch to flood and drain aquaponic table

Hi

I need help programming my Profliux Plus II to control a pump to turn on and off using the float switches and timers. I also need to run the ATO at some point. so I figured Id run it on every other hour during the night after the bed is fully drained (30 mins). ATO has it's own level control but I would like to use float switch 3 to have a redundancy.

- treat the flood/drain aquaponic media bed like any other aquarium. It has a drain and a return. when the pump turns off i want the water to syphon out as well
- I know how to set the timers and that there is a maximum of 8 settings per timer
- I don't know how to set the float level switches as Inputs
- I'm not too confident with how to set the progamable logic and programmable powerbars

(Input 1 = level sw1 = high level) AND (TIMER 1) = turn ON SOCKET 1 on my powerbar FLOOD MEDIA BED takes 8 mins

(Input 2 = level sw2 = low level) AND (TIMER 1) = turn OFF SOCKET 1 on my powerbar DRAIN MEDIA BED takes 30 mins

(Input 3 = level sw3 = high level) AND (TIMER 2) = turn on SOCKET 2 on my powerbar ATO

TIMER 1 = 1am-2am, 3am-4am, 5am-6am, 6am-12am
TIMER 2 = 2:30AM-3AM, 4:30AM-5AM,5:30AM-6AM

any help would be appreciated.
