Which pumps/powerheads?

Hi

I have a Profilux 3, set up in an recirculating aquarium system which contains 5 coral tanks (Sump - Filter - coral tanks - sump). I need to put a small pump or powerhead into each of the 5 tanks to create flow around the corals - ideally to keep all the food in suspension when I feed them. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which pumps I should buy? And do these plug into the powerbar as well as the P3? I had a look at the Tunze pumps but wasnt sure if I could just buy the pumps, or if I have to buy a controller aswell

As they are cold-water corals I have no lighting, just a pH meter, conductivity meter, temp meter and humidity meter
