MyGHLID already assigned to another user ???

Hi,

I try to connect my profilux 3.1T to myGHL.

UNfortunately, when I get logged in on myGHL, it asks for myGHLID and when I fill it in from the GCC, it says my GHLID has already been assigned to another user !?

Can someone help me with this issue ?
