we are getting there, soon the first ION Directors should arrive at dealers and end customers.
The following updates are required to operate the ION Director:
- ProfiLux 4 Firmware 7.25
- ProfiLux 3 Firmware 6.44
- GHL Doser 2 (2.1) Firmware 1.37
- GHL Control Center 1.1.3.3 - if you (also) want to use the PC software
GHL Connect (app and cloud) is already updated and detects if there is an ION Director in the system and automatically unlocks the IOND functions.
After some (future) users asked to extend the software so that a measurement is repeated if the results are not expected (e.g. if the measurement is disturbed by air, impurities, strong vibration, water change or doser started during measurement and water not yet mixed, etc.), we had decided and announced about 2 weeks ago to integrate this feature also into the initial software. The child is now called "Doublecheck" function.
If the current measurement differs by x ppm (adjustable by the user) from the last measurement, the measurement is repeated immediately and the closer result is used.
Of course this can be switched off if you don't want it.
Below a screenshot of how this looks in GHL Control Center, is of course also supported in GHL Connect.
This part of the software was a bit more complicated than I thought, so I will need for the completion and testing still 1-2 days, then GCC as well as P4 firmware will be released, I believe it can be released just in time before the first users take the IOND in operation. A few days later the firmware for Doser and P3 will be released.
I will announce here when the updates are available.
