KH Director Weird Noise After Moving From Doser SA to Profilux

I just finished connecting my old KH Director + Doser SA into my new Profilux 4. I followed Vinny’s instruction as per below thread:

After connecting and reconfiguring all the settings I ran a test KH measurement. During this test, while adding the reagent and running the internal measurements the KH director is now doing the click it normally does when this step starts but it is now continuous, any idea why this can be happening? The click is quite loud so now having it constant while the test is a bit annoying.

Btw, the KH reading with the Profilux came exactly with the same value as the previous readings when connected via the Doser SA.

So I found the issue was due the Doser was running an old firmware version, which is weird why would that cause an issue with the KH director as they are not related.

Anyway, problem solved now.
