ph probe error code

Hi,

when I dip the ph probe into kalk solution to test if it's saturated, it steadily rise up to around 10.5 and then an error code came out as "*** !". what does this mean ? Is it not able to go above that ? I'm expecting saturated kalk to read around 12.4. previously my calibration was set using ph level 7 and 9.

What you are seeing from your controller is normal.

This is happening because the pH value of the measured sample exceeds the limit of the displayable pH value. The measurement range is 3.0 - 10.5 pH.
