ok, we see in the screenshot "alarm: range"
this means the KHD started to measure but it took too long to come to a reasonable measurement value
when does this happen?
a) reagent doesn't reach the KHD - check if reagent is pumped into the KHD during measuring and that there is no air pumped
b) dosing calibration values are incorrect, in this case KHD is not able to calculate correct amounts resp. a correct KH value - check if calibration and settings of all 3 KHD involved pumps are correct
post screenshots of these 3 pumps here
Reagent has no air in the tube and is reaching the Doser ok.
I will calibrate the Doser and try again.
Thanks
probe and waste pump shall have about 36 ... 37ml/min at speed 3
reagent pump approx. 4.5ml/min at speed 0
Pump 1 is 34ml/min
Pump 2 is 4.3ml/min
Pump 3 is 33ml/min
Still getting 0,0 and alarm error.
flow seem all a bit low to me, but this is not the reason for this behaviour
which speeds are selected? please post screenshots of all 3 pumps
another thought: you did calibrate the pH-electrode, and the calibration was fine at the end? you used fluids pH 4 and pH 7 in the right order?
and please deactivate "alarm monitoring" until we found the reason for your issue, maybe there is also another message displayed in the status field

Yes PH probe was calibrated using the 4 and 7 solutionss that were supplied
filling level of reagent pump (2) must be at least 50ml to start measurement, screenshot shows zero
