Tubing for director and reagent

Hi

Just after some advice, just opened and started to set up a KH director and it seems that they have not supplied me with one of the tubings. I have the silicone but not the PVC.
If I contact them can I get some? What is it? can I buy it from somewhere?

bit disappointing that paid 800 euros and have to go out and buy some tubing that was not supplied :(
