Spare parts for doser 2.1

Is it still ok to order spare parts direct from Germany for my doser even though I live in the UK? The only reason I ask is that I have ordered from my LFS but they said that GHL products aren't getting through boarder checks & are being returned to the factory because of paperwork issues.

Yes, you can order directly and so can your local dealers.
If you only need the maintenance kit, you better consider to buy directly from a local dealer and save the delivery costs.
