When I update over 7.06 I get firmware error. (Profilux 4)

Hi all!!

Every time i try update the firmware 7.07 and later the P4 restarting all the time.. Or not want to start.

Hi Max,

Seems like the P4 is in a boot loop.

Please open the unit and look for the green reset button. Push and hold this button and see if that gets it to start up normally.

I've tried that.
I am unable to connect to the device over firmware 7.0.7 and newer. (Bootloop)
The only way i can load a different firmware was to load boot-loader with the reset button.
If i try to restart with reset it does not always start and i most take out power-supply cable. Then the device BOOT LOOPs (7.07 and newer).

But 7.06 and down, everything works except the web browser.


How can I stop the P4 stopping Boot loop:a whit newer firmware??

That's odd.

This is something that should be handled via support ticket by the GHL Germany team.

At the moment, they are away and will return Aug. 6.
