Unable to add SA doser to myghl

I’m having a heck of a time adding my doser to myghl. Watched videos, articles, and manual. What am I doing wrong? I’ve rebooted and upgraded to the latest firmware. I’m a network admin, so I’m pretty tech savvy. I can confirm the doser is online and I can see outbound traffic. Help?

I was able to resolve my issue shortly after this post. I disable web filter on my firewall and that fixed it. I now can sleep :-)
