Using dimmable T5 lightbar without controller

Hi,

I bought a secondhand dimmable t5 lightunit that has a cable for profilux.

I want to use it without any controller, without dimming.

The product page tells me ;
If you want to operate our dimmable light bars without ProfiLux or ManuDimm, you need an additional circuitry to switch the internal shut-off relays.

Who can help me ? What circuitry do I need ? Is there another workaround?
