Mitras Lightbar 2 not showing 100% brightness when operated with Profilux 3

Hi,

I have a Mitras Lightbar 2 with 100W PSU, splitter and the required RS232 cable for Profilux 3 operation.

The lightbar operates normally at 100% brightness when used only with PSU. When used with Profilux and the dimming schedule is set up with illumination channels I only get somewhere 50%-70% brightness level even tho I have illumination channels 1-10 setup at 100% brightness.

Any suggestions or am I just missing some setup parameters?

In the setting I have communication interfaces 1:Serial = Mitras Lightbar
Illumination channels 1-10 dimmable option checked.
