Trocal Led controller cannot connect via USB

Hi,

I have read the sticky on the USB issues, however I find this not very helpful.
I bought a Trocal Led Controller ( Dennerle) and all I see on the forum is Profilux and other devices..
It seems like the Trocal is not mentioned at all.
The software is installed but I cannot make a connection via USB. I noticed at the end of the software installation also a USB driver is installed, so far so good.
However, when I check the windows hardware it gives an error on the device: no driver was found. Searching on the internet : nothing found.
I find this very strange. You pay quite some money on this device but installing it through a PC is horror so far. Not to mention is does not support IOS.
I managed to make setting via de device itself, but very disappointed in the software so far.
Hope someone has a solution

What kind of operating system do you use, Win10?
What firmware does the controller have?
Remove the USB cable. Close all programs.
restart the computer. Uninstall the driver.
C:\Program Files (x86)\GHLControlCenter_Vxxx\USBVCOM
restart the computer reconnect the USB cable.
