GHL hotspot not showing on iphone 10 with profilux 3ex

I can't get my phone to connect, hotspot not showing in wifi list. I worked once a couple weeks ago but I am unable to get it back.
I have my profilux connected to my pc via usb, I tried disconnecting the usb from the profilux.
I have a view 2 connected to the rs232 port and I tried disconnecting that as well.
I have a TP link router on client mode plugged into ethernet port and it works ok.
I have followed the GHL connect instructions a dozen times and nothing.
Am I missing something?
