When supplying cards such as PLM/PWC, please supply an allen key to open the profilux. Took me an hour to try and find one that fit! As an aside, I am sure this will also prevent people from using an unsuitable size key or screwdriver and causing damage.
I am sure this would cost about 1c for each card.
