Doser Maxi not turning
I reveived a new Doser Maxi and when pressing the control buttons on the front side (1-2-3-4) none of the pumps turn.
When connected to GCC and trying to calibrate the pumps, the same problem occures.
I can hear the pump motors making a sound (as if they are energized, buzzing) but they seem to be stuck.
Being a new pump, please advise what to do.
Can I open the box to see what is wrong?

Unfortunately we recognized after shipping the first few Maxi Doser that the motor tolerances are a bit higher than we expected, so we changed the motor power in firmware 1.26.
I hope you have 1.25 and an update to 1.26 will cure the problem.
1.26 is avaliable for Standalone as well as for Slave in the current GCC.
-> did this work?

Hi Matthias
I had frimware 1.25 installed and did the update till 1.26
Now pump 2 is functional but the problem remains with pump 1.
This pump 1 is still not turning properly.

Hello,
I have the same issue with my Maxi Doser Slave.
Is the Firmware GHL-Doser-Slave_V126.mhx in the folder FIrmware/PAB-Devices the correct one?
Thanks
Olaf

Okay,
After update of GCC to 7.10 and maxi doser slave to 1.26, no reaction on the pump.
I’m in the need of some help.
Attached are screenshots of firmware versions

screenshots look good
did you assign the correct start number?
please make a screenshot of the setup dialog after clicking "configuration"
PS: screenshots can easily be made without camera with pressing CTRL + PRINT or using the Windows snipping tool
