MyGHL mobile version problems

Hi guys just need to report back about some problems on the mobile version.

Missing charts
Timebase for chart can be up to 12hrs out of sync
Dosing pump and equipment names are never remembered
Time for my KH Director is out by one hour, unable to correct.
Equipment often doesn’t show up at all such as dosing pumps or KH Director
Settings for KH Director sometimes appear lost but login a day later and everything is restored

I am complaining because I rely heavily on this to keep an eye on my tank while I am working away.

If you want screenshots I can provide.

Hello Zane,

the measurement values are transmitted periodcally. So, if you raise the measurement interval, they should be more up-to-date.

And yes, if you can give us some screenshots, this could be helpful, to see where the problems occur.

This covers missing chart, wrong KH Director time and missing settings.

Do you have your timezone settings adjusted for your location?

The time in the Profilux 4 is correct. It is only the time in the KH Director that displays incorrectly by 1 hour.
