Control Center (GHL Doser 2.1 SA) not available

i'm trying to download the Control Center (GHL Doser 2.1 SA) and it's not working. Is there another way to download besides the website?

This problem is resolved. Now i can not connect to the GHL doser when connecting (USB) the pc with the Doser.

I've tried everything!

Please open a Ticket and provide us screenshots of the connection settings in GHL Control Center and of the Doser in the windows device manager.
