New System PH probe issue

On Friday, I received my new Profilux 4 and set it up. Since then I only seen the PH value at 3.00. I have calibrated 6 times since Friday night same result. I have rinsed with RODI and lightly shake between dipping the probe in each calibration solution.

do you use the right ph port at the profilux there are two. and please tell us your adc values
