Help with updating ecosmart driver

Hi

I am a Profilux 3 user, been trying to update mp60Qd driver via vortech controller. I believe I have done everything in the manual says, and stuck at transfering firmware to vortech pumps. Firmware are transfered to vortech controller but failed doing so to pumps, always come up with time out error.
Firmware is 6.43
GCC version is 1125
please advise

I have the same issues with two mp10QDw and profilux 4. Also looking for answers.

As long as the pumps are reacting to the set controls, nothing else needs to be done.
QD pumps will be shown with a FW version of 0 and type as unknown, but will still function properly.

This will be addressed in a future update.
