Kh dir not pumping reagent to test. Manual button Pushs make the doser head move

Hi, I opened a ticket on Sunday, and I'm in life threating circumstances to get my KH dir operational again. (Not really). While I wait for support, I was looking for assistance here. I'm using a p4, and a 4 head doser with the KH dir.

I don't hear any clicking from the KH, it fills, then empties, but does not pump in reagent. I've tried venting reagent, cleaned the heads, changed the heads, moved pumps, empty/flush, but she just won't test at all now.

Anybody run into a situation like this before?
