New pumps out of the box. Cant connect!

I just got two of the GHL 2.1s, fresh out of the box and I can't get them connected. I've been trying to connect them via USB cable. The GHL light on the doser stays illuminated while connected.

At first I thought I was using the wrong GHL Control Center, which I was. I was using the V1.0.9.9. because I didn't read the date. Then I tried using V1.1.0.3., I thought for sure it would work but still nothing. Whenever I click on the doser in the GCC, it just says "Could not connect. Do you want to check the settings now?"

I don't really know what else to do. Would love to get some guidance, thanks guys.

Hello Steven,

It sounds like you need to set the USB connection setting to COM (AUTO):

1. Open GCC and click ADMINISTRATE at the top left part of the screen.
2. Select the Doser 2 USB connection a different click EDIT.
3. Set the com to AUTO, then click SAVE.
