Cant connect Doser 2.1 to Wifi

Followed this youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHCcd1tQQrA
But my doser just wont connect to the Wifi. It keeps on blinking white, and when I try to ping it, I get a message saying no response. I made sure that the IP address I gave it was open, and tried several different open IPs. I made sure more than once that I gave it the correct Wifi password.
Any tips?

Make sure you are disconnecting from the Doser right after you finish entering your network details.

Frustrating how the fix was so simple and I spent hours playing with setting - I feel dumb; thanks for your help.
