Yes, the max-on time needs to be set to the approximate time it takes to perform the water change. The number displayed in my screenshots can be disregarded as the steps outlined earlier ask you to set the desired max on-time.

Ok, some good news, I did away with the splitter and plugged into level 1 and level 3 and all works well, this did not work at all through the level splitter however.

That is my understanding, I would prefer max on time being able to be set independently for all three, ATO, drain and fill. May be a way to do that with logic.
I check my splitter connections on a regular basis, especially if I move anything around, not the most solid connection where it's wire to wire. At the Profilux it stays in place.
Glad to see the AWC working.
It would be even better if I could use my ato probe as the bottom probe on the AWC, but can't do this on a two probe ato/wc unfortunately
