After upgrade Profilux wouldnt see Exp box.:(
After assing Exp box under Config PAB i still dont see Exp box sensors. i did reboot both controller and Exp box.
i just reset PAB and assing again, still nothing:(

L-ports are not working either!
My Tunzes and Breez-fans are dead!
I gues i have to go back to 5.02 for now
I've checked the PAB setup: I can't see any Problem.
Do you have made a PAB Systemreset (ProfiLux menu System->Configure PAB->PAB Systemreset) before you assign the EXB again?
After assigning the PAB devices are the devices checked if you go again to the ProfiLux menu System->Configure PAB->Assign devices ?
Could you see the EXB sensors after disconnect and reconnect PLC (5.0.3.1)?
L ports checked and working. Do you check (all) your settings after the update?

Just did Pab system reset---Assing devices-SAME PROBLEM. I cant see any probes from ETB on my Profilux-View2 or PLC.
Correction: L5L6 dont work those are L-ports on EXB.
I double checked and i have later firmware 1.03
For some reason there is no connection from Profilux to EXB,but if i go to system menu i can see EXB there with serial number and when i reset it gives me OK.. I dont understand whats going on..
I would revert back to 5.03a to see if everything comes back the way it should
I did jump from 5.02 to 5.03b , maybe this is mistake, but i dont see why..

Just got SMS from my SMS module and ther eis no info from EXB probes either :(
I hope this upgrade didnt kill my EXB!!!!!
optimistic remark => its still in warranty since the ex boxes are less then 1 year old :)

well, i just downgraded to 5.2q and problem remaining the same :( when i assing PAB devises i get status "ready" but, i dont see any probs and L-ports from EXB..
I hope i didnt kill my EXB with this stupid upgrade:(((
Bingo!!! Dont ask me how i did it, but i got it working:)
I upgrade it again to 5.03, but i disconect PAB cable then i conect PAB cable and re start and re assing EXb and this seems to fix my problem. I can see all probs ( they have to be calibrated again) and Fan-breezes working again, tomorrow i will connect my tunzes. it 1.05 am need to get some sleep before my 7 month dauther wakes me up:)

To make this clear: A firmware update can NEVER damage an hardware!
This has never happened in the past 10 year and it is technical impossible!

5.03b is an official release version
the web interface "console" is still included

yeah I already helped alot of ppl out by saying they need to 'check' the box with the side arrows.
Somehow the manual isn't clear.
GHL could update the manual :)
