Hello,
I have the last ghl maxi doser 2.2 and when I try to add it to ghl connect the app is telling me that the device is not recognized

Is there an update plan on the app soon to support it?
What should I do in the meanwhile to use my device?

What is you app version?
Did you select Doser Maxi 2.2 and not 2/2.1 ?

I guess I have to wait for an app update, but it’s a bit of a shame that GHL didn’t do that when they launched it.
Not the best first impression and I have a profilux and ghl doser 2.1 to setup afterward.

Indeed it would take the V3.20.12 (Added support for GHL Doser 2.2/MaxiDoser 2.2 - Dosing pump page enhanced to support Continuous run and refactored pump mode selection - Lightscenes page and direct access via Dashboard tile for ProfiLux 4 and Mitras LX7 - Minor fixes and optimizations)
unfortunately the iOS version is not yet available because there are display issues since Apple released iOS16, issues not yet resolved.
Try to connect to the doser's wifi access point (Default password is Starfish) then access the address http://192.168.4.1, this is the doser's local web interface (username is admin, default password is Starfish)
Once the doser is added to myGHL you will be able to use the web version of the application which is up to date on myghl.com

I am trying the web interface, but got time out.
I am connecting to the doser’s WiFi with the password Starfish
IP adresse is indeed 192.168.1.4

Typo indeed, I then tried with the right IP
Got the page to enter login and password and ghl connect setup.
Then the process stop and now I got a blank page when I try to connect, even after reboot and retry

GHL Connect as well as GHL Control Center both support the new Maxi Doser 2.2
I have no clue what is going wrong here and our App experts are back in office on Monday.
Do you mind to open a ticket in our support system and add there as many details as possible. I tell them to check your ticket and this thread here out ASAP.

PS: why don't you use meanwhile until the app question is cleared our " old school GHL Control Center" ?
This will definetly work.
Because I am on Mac and ghl control center do not support it aside from using parallèle or instal windows on it. I hope to avoid to do that.
I also tried with an android phone and I was able to see maxi doser 2.2 in the list, but during setup the app get stuck.
But the process looks much more easier and it’s the way to go to be more user friendly once the bugs will be sorted out.
Going to try again with web version on my Mac this time.
Still cannot connect to the web interface on the doser.
once pass the the connection to Myghl (who doesn't work by the way as the mac is connected to the doser and not internet)
so without connecting to Myghl, i have this error afterward

Maybe webinterface not up to date, try this:

I update both the firmware and the web server through the web interface.
and no change, still have the conection refused error after rebooting.
Going to try again with the android app after dinner.

the current wifi firmware and webinterface (available in our download center) is already compatible with the latest MaxiDoser 2.2 and Doser 2.2, but depending on the web browser it might be necessary to forcefully reload the file after updating.
This works by using the keys Ctrl + R in common web browsers. Otherwise consult the docs of your browser to do so.
I couldn't find any ticket that you might have created. If the problem still can't be solved this way, create a ticket where we'll take care of you.
After multiple update and restart I was able to connect to the maxi doser and add it to myghl. But wow, what a hassle.
When the IOS is going to be updated to support it?
I also run into other problems with the maxi doser, going to open a new thread.

I'm glad to know that you solved your connection problem.
About IOS: The WebKit component used by the app has changed with the iOS 16 update, causing display issues.
Unfortunately, there is no official fix from Apple yet and GHL has not yet found a way to fix it without significant modifications from their end. They are still working to resolve this issue.
While waiting for a fix, you can use the https://myghl.com website on your iOS device. You can even make a shortcut on your home screen.

i am using the webinterface for now and it's okay. but it would faster with the app.

Due to iOS 16 display issues, the app has not been updated for some time.
However, as the problem seems to be on Apple's side and the lack of update is blocking customers, the app for iOS will be updated in the next few days (but still with the display problem).

Indeed, a week has passed since my last message.
As we are still making some adjustments, particularly to sensors calibration wizard, they need to wait for these adjustments to be finalized before releasing the update on iOS, which should be the case in the next few days.
